Music video[]

The music video for "God" was directed by Melodie McDaniel.[1]

Alternate versions and remixes []

The CJ Bollard remix of "God" was included on the reissue of Under the Pink in 2015.

Other appearances[]

Comic Book Tattoo[]

A five-page story inspired by "God" appeared in the 2008 graphic novel anthology Comic Book Tattoo, a collection of short comics based on Amos' songs. "God" was written by Jim Bricker and pencilled, inked and coloured by Craig Taillefer.[2] The story, described by Taillefer as "a conversation piece", was done in colour and "a vaguely Tintin-ish cartoony style" he had not previously attempted.[3]

Live performances[]

"God" was first performed live during the 1994 Under the Pink Tour and has been played on all of Tori's tours since, both solo and with a band. The song was performed by the character Santa on the 2007 American Doll Posse World Tour.

On the 2005 Original Sinsuality Tour, Amos debuted a medley of "God", "Tubular Bells" by Mike Enfield from The Exorcist, and "Running Up That Hill" by Kate Bush.

Live performances of "God" have been included on X and Legs and Boots.
