The Tornado Mix of "Talula" was used in the 1996 film Twister and included on its soundtrack. Steven McDonald of AllMusic gave the release two stars, noting that it included a diverse range of artists "with some very enjoyable moments salted amongst the crunchy parts", and selected "Talula" as one of the best songs on the soundtrack.[2]
